SUNLIFE Systems International, Inc., which started in 1976 as AFS Corporation, is a pioneer in elastomeric roofing systems utilizing acrylic resin technology. Two patents are held by SUNLIFE Systems on the process which restores metal, built-up, and single ply roofs. A 10 year non-prorated material and labor warranty is issued for each roof restored by SUNLIFE Systems. More importantly, it is a "single source" warranty since SUNLIFE both manufactures the product and in-house crews install the system. Of equal importance, SUNLIFE's only business is acrylic roof restoration, enabling us to offer the finest product available and the most experienced installation personnel in the industry.

SUNLIFE's manufacturing personnel work closely with acrylic resin producers to insure that the latest in technology is available and the most rigorous quality control procedures are maintained. All field applications are monitored by Field Superintendents and each job is inspected at completion by a Territory Manager and the Field Superintendent.

The SUNLIFE Roofing System TM is Factory Mutual Research Corporation approved. Our Charlotte facilities are periodically inspected by Factory Mutual to insure that the quality and uniformity of the materials have been maintained and will provide the same level of performance as originally approved.

4. Susceptibility to leakage test - No signs of water leakage. (Permeability 0.003 perms per ASTM E 96 BW)

6. SUNLIFE Roofing Compound meets or exceeds the requirements for ASTM D6083 liquid applied roof coatings.

7. The SUNLIFE Roofing System™ is FM Global approved over Built-Up, Metal and EPDM roofing systems.
